Boxing night has always been an important night for clubbers in Stoke. For many it’s the chance to escape from the family for the night after an intense couple of days doing the Christmas thing and for some, it’s a bank holiday and the chance to catch up with all your mates who you’ve not managed to catch up with over Christmas but some of them mates are like family if not closer so whatever category you fall into, it’s always a great night for a party!

One of the most memorable boxing night parties we had at the Sugarmill was Darius Syrossian’s ‘Do Not Sleep’ party, as at the time, it was one of Ibiza’s hottest parties for sure. Fast forward several years and Darius is as popular as ever smashing every festival and party he plays, whether that be as a guest DJ or with his Moxy Muzik brand. Our Moxy party in the summer was one of our favourite parties this year so getting Darius back with us is always something we absolutely love to do as he’s without doubt one of our favourite DJs and probably one of the most popular to ever play the move, as no guest has played for us more!
